Meditation: Relax and Soften the Body (13 min)

Tightness in the body is a natural physical response to stress and anxiety.

But we need to release that tightness when the stress or threat is no longer immediate.

Use this meditation to relax and soften your physical body. Doing so will translate to a softer state of emotions and more calm and relaxed mind.
